Nurse Nella Concept Art

Here is a character I made with my new eye design for one of my university assignments, Nurse Nella Indigo. She is Bimbette's sister, as you can tell her her heart shaped head. Before Lisa met her crew, Commander Blue's arch-nemesis, Claude Coyote caused enough havoc to make one of his bullets from his rifle poke Nurse Nella in the eye. Nella then became really insecure after her eye was replaced with a robotic eye, so she got into the habit of hiding it under her fringe.
